With nearly two decades of experience across the corporate legal world, I’ve worn a lot of hats — from legal admin and technical support to app development, HR, learning & development, and project transformation. I’ve made it my mission to understand how things work from the inside out so I can support others in doing their best work.

Cabuka Solutions is a one-person show with a people-first mindset. I started it to carve out space for what truly matters: helping others thrive. Whether that’s through tailored training, legal administration, executive assistant support, or just being the person who "gets it" — I’m here to amplify your work, not complicate it.

The work I do is driven by a real passion for getting results — not just ticking boxes. I care deeply about efficiency, but not at the cost of experience. Your needs, your goals, and the way you work are always factored into the solutions I provide. If it doesn’t work for you, it doesn’t work — full stop.

As a gay man and proud member of the LGBTIQA+ community, inclusion is woven into everything I do. I’ve served on internal diversity committees and deeply believe in supporting people from all walks of life with care and respect. Having navigated the rigidity of traditional structures while living with ADHD and autism, I know how vital it is to build environments that work for people. That’s why I approach every project with flexibility, empathy, and a little creative spark — on timelines that work for both of us.

Outside the work zone, I’m a gamer, amateur singer, music lover, Dungeons & Dragons enthusiast, and the proud (chaotic) author of a murder mystery series-in-progress. I live with my partner James and our fur child, Billy the cat, who supervises all creative projects (and most meetings).
